Introduction
The term 'Company' means SBREEZ Software Private Limited operating in India ( www.sbreez.in )
The term 'User' means the interested user who involves in using the software due to his personal interest & becomes a REGISTERED customer.
The term 'Services' means Rewink Social Networking Software.
Usage:
The User shall post his/her views, share his/her friends & followers views. The posted user is liable for his opinions.
The User shall use the Service with the intent to keep people connections with adherence to fair and reasonable usage.
The User shall first initiate to contact Company only through reporting section upon any doubts, queries, complaints, etc., but not by any other means.
The Company expects the users to make the platform safer by not posting irrelevant messages & contents for unwarranted benefits. Company is not responsible in any way for any reactions arising due to financial-loss of any kind of the user. SO COMPANY IS NEVER RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR FINANCIAL PROBLEMS ARISING OUT OF ITS USAGE OF SERVICES.
The Company will remain only a service provider, never a decision-making authority of posted information with the exception rule of Company welfare & its policies.
The visitor/user shall not harm platform, reverse-engineer software for unwanted intents (or) any other purpose. The user will use the software only through a web-browser as it is without testing the software.
The Company has full control over paid & unpaid services and might stop offering the same at any time.
The Company gives no guarantee for any loss arising out of using its services.
User Account:
Emails are associated with user accounts, so the user must provide his/her email and his/her phone number only.
Usernames are auto-allocated at first, but you can change it once every 6 months.
Company has the right to change usernames if not proper as appears.
Copyrights & Trademarks:
The Company holds all rights to all assets(media, artworks, video, and media of any kind) which are used & displayed for providing the service to end-user.
All asstes are protected under Copyright & Trademark laws prevalent in the country.
The Company holds all rights towards "SBREEZ" & "REWINK" logo and trademarks.
Free-services:
The Company provides of sections of its products for free, however the user shall be precautious with regard to their usage and connections as we are not verifying the truthfulness of information. The information authenticity is user's choice to decide.
The Company provides free credit in your account upon registration for users benefit and as a token of thanks.
Payment Terms:
All Payments are non-refundable & non-transferable.
Payments are subject to realization of money.
Payments made are towards "REWINK" services only.
Payments are made with respect to individual account only.
Payments are different from credits, but payments will be converted to credits.
Payments queries must be initiated through help section only.
Payments amount shall be non-carry forwardable and shall be usable till services availability.
Payments are non-cash maintained in your user account, free from any interest.
All Payments are voluntary basis only (i.e) user's choice only.
MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING
THE USER FURTHER AGREES THAT HE/SHE WILL UPDATE HIMSELF/HERSELF WITH LATEST TERMS & CONDITIONS FROM TIME TO TIME AND ONLY THEN USE THE SOFTWARE & SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY.
IT IS ASSUMED THAT THE USER USES SOFTWARE & SERVICES BY AGREEING TO LATEST TERMS & CONDITIONS.
THE USER HAS READ & UNDERSTOOD ALL THE ABOVE SECTIONS, PASSAGES & SENTENCES OF TERMS & CONDITIONS AND THEN ONLY PROCEEDS TO REGISTER FOR FAIR-USAGE OF COMPANY SERVICES AFTER AGREEING VOLUNTARILY.
